Licensed electrical construction, project management when several companies have to be hired, and consulting on generation, MV distribution, transformers, and PLC-controlled equipment.
01
Electrical contracting
Installation and construction under TECL 30366: services, feeders, switchgear, MCCs, generation, and plant power. Work is planned from the one-line, not from a punch list written in the parking lot.
Industrial and commercial electrical construction
Service equipment, panels, and feeders
Standby generation and automatic transfer
HVLS fan power and controls
02
Project management
Large jobs that need more electricians than one shop can put on a deck. We hire additional licensed companies, sequence the work, and keep the deadline honest.
Multi-contractor manpower plans
Outage windows and critical-path electrical
Field coordination against the drawing set
Owner / GC interface on electrical scope
03
Generation & power delivery
Consulting and construction support on GE natural gas turbine generators, medium-voltage distribution centers, and step-down transformers.
Turbine-generator electrical interconnect
GSU, sync / tie, and station service
MV switchgear and feeder protection
Step-down transformation to 480 V
04
Equipment controls
Low-voltage electronics with PLC and sensor-controlled systems — the part of the job that fails quietly if the power system and the I/O rack are designed as two different conversations.
PLC CPU, I/O, and 24 VDC power
PT / CT / RTD / process instruments
HMI, permissives, and sync check support
VFD, contactor, and solenoid outputs

How the plant is actually wired.
Typical one-lines for the kind of work currently on the board. These are shop reference drawings, not sealed construction documents.

Authorized lines
Generac, Champion, and Big Ass Fans.
Authorized to specify, install, and support those manufacturer lines. Generators are tied through ATS gear to the service. HVLS fans are treated as part of the electrical and structural package, not a ceiling accessory.
